User supplied Information - In several parts of this website, the user has the option of completing a form to request more information or subscribe to our newsletter. The information provided is only used for the purpose for which it was supplied and is not shared with outside companies.

Making a Purchase - All prices are in £GBP Pounds Stirling (UK Pounds). Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our products pages, and click on any item that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be then asked to complete the information required to process your order. When the order is complete you will receive an email from us with all the details from the order. We accept all major credit and debit cards including, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch And Maestro. Your can send your credit card details securely via the internet as our online processing is undertaken by HSBC and Romancart.

Shipping & Handling - Please note we only despatch orders within the UK. Your order can only be despatched if your credit card billing address and card security code can be verified by our credit card payment acquisition company. Only at our discretion will we ship to a different address from the address registered to the card holder. We offer a free delivery service within Mainland UK and Northern Ireland. Orders are despatched using the Royal Mail postal services. Packing is also included in the price of the product.

Delivery Schedule - We will endeavour to despatch your order first class within 24 hours of the order been processed. Your should normally receive your order within 3 to 5 postal working days. We stock a full range of products but if for some reason you order is not in stock, we will contact you and advise you when the item will be restocked. If this date is not suitable, we will offer a full refund. If you order more than one item we would despatch the item in stock straight away, the product on back order would be sent at the earliest possible date. If you receive a product not in 100% condition we will replace this item at no cost to the customer. We may ask the customer to return the damaged product in a supplied Post Office pre-paid envelope.

Returns and Cancellation - We accept back any goods which are not satisfactory for any reason for a full refund providing they are in an un-used, un-opened and 'as new ' condition within seven days from the day after you receive the goods. We will supply you with a return merchandise number, this number must appear on the outside of the packages containing the returned produces. You have the right to cancel any order within 7 working days from receipt of the goods without giving a reason. We will then refund your money within 30 days of the cancellation and the return of the goods. The cost of the postage and packaging for returning the goods will be charged to the customer. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer. Please note - should an order be returned to us because you did not collect it in time after an attempted delivery or the address you entered was incorrect we reserve the right to pass on any costs incurred.
